Windows/Radio/Trunk release?

I have an 08 Ford Crown Vic police interceptor. I was
driving listening to music until the radio shut completely
off. I checked the fuse on the radio and it's still good. I've
checked the fuses under the dash every last one of them
are good. I've also noticed that the windows don't roll up
or down anymore and my trunk latch switch doesn't work.
Are all of these connected to the ignition?

I have the exact same problem with my 2008 p71! Any solutions?

Check # 9 5 amp fuse says it goes to transmission sensor but I popped a new fuse in there wham
