I have an 08 crown vic. My head lights and dome lights are on once i turn the ignition and my control switch for my lights arent working. What could be the problem?

Lincoln and put it in my 08 crown vic.

May be a compatibility issue with the LCM you are using? Is this an issue with the 'dark mode' feature? If I recall, dark mode can be reset on 05 and later CVPIs with a Ford IDs scantool. I'm not sure what effect it has swapping in another models LCM.
