A/C blows through all vents on Captiva

Has anyone had an issue with not being able to
control the airflow for the hvac on a Captiva? I have
a 2014, i think it's the actuator and I'm certain its
different than most Chevy trucks I'm just not 100%
how to troubleshoot to confirm what it is. A repair
manual would be nice if anyone knows where to
find one

If you replace the actuator or will have to be programmed for the computer to sense it was replaced. Other wise it won't work. The dealership charges $50 to do it
I'm going to replace the actuator. I took it all apart as found out it was stuck
It is blowing throw all fhe hints and will not change on the controls

Yes needs replaced which i spend like 20.00 or less on rockauto.com and replace it but then had to take it to the dealer to be programmed because its wasnt sensing it was replaced.
