Passenger front tire won't turn when on rack
When I put my truck on a rack in the air I cannot
turn the passenger side. I can turn the tire when I
jack up the a arm one inch than the tire turns free
it's like it's binding up on something

All I can say is look to see what it is binding on. Also check to see if the CV joint is binding.

It seems like with the weight off the a-arm it won't turn and when I bump it up with the jack it turns free I put a new axle on a new wheel bearing in it and still the same
