Tenths of miles disappeared on odometer

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

Two days ago, I had the oil changed in my 2014 Subaru Outback. When I
picked it up, the (main) odometer no longer displayed tenths of miles and there
is now a "0" in front of the 88247 mile reading. How do I get the tenths back?

Thank you for your answer. The problem is the "0" didn't used to be there and the decimal for tenths was. Now, there is no decimal for the tenths and the "0" appeared. I can't seem to find a way to get the decimal back for the tenths.

I'm feeling really stupid... I checked the owners manual. There is nothing that says main menu or settings. I did look up the odometer but it addresses the trip meter but not how to return to tenths of a mile. Should I take it to a dealer?
