2014 Ford Focus ignition delay in starting

I have  taken my car to the Ford dealership three
times and they have kept it for days and cannot
figure out the problem. When I start my car it
doesn't start  the first time or there will be a deD
hesitation for a second and then start..For me it
does this  95 percent of the time.  When I take it int
be fixed it does it. I am being told when they
hooked it up to  the machine to detect the problem
it won't do it for the mechanic. It does it when I am
there. I have been told different things from
different mechanics. I was told it is normal there is
nothing wrong with the car,that they just do that. I
didn't believe that so I went to another dealership
and they say they can't find the problem.  It hard for
me to not be sceptical when I know they know it
has a problem but they  can't figure it out. I am told  
the car is safe and will not stand me but it has
gotten worse over the past 7 months.
