For focus 2014

I have two issues with my 2014 Ford Focus SE
1. When I go to fill up my gas tank I shut my car off,
after filling it up with gas I try and start up my car it
does not want to turn over and I have to do the
same thing 4 times then press the gas to get my
car to start back up.
2. When I am sitting in traffic or stopped at a red
light my RPM gauge jump and my gas gauge does
the same exact thing.
I am not sure what is going on. Any advice would
be greatly appreciated!

It may need a fuel tank and evaporate cansater for the starting concern. Which should be covered under emissions warranty 8/80000 The other problem. Is not common. Take it to the dealer and show them
