wondering what it could be
and the darn thing started
on it's own. I was just

Ignition switch is toast everything in your journey runs through the pcm . starter inc. Turn key off and on three time in rapid sucession third time leave key on the odometer will start displaying. P00101 for example, which would be cyl 1 misfire. If the code no bus comes up computer is done. Google corresponding codes and youll come up w your issue. That meets your finacial situation as opposed to firing 10,000,000,000 in parts to find it was a 60.00 dollar part.
