2014 Dodge Journey

Asked by migration_cjmason Nov 09, 2013 at 02:11 PM about the 2014 Dodge Journey SE FWD

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

Won't start! Ugh! I haven't even had
the thing for a month. It would go to
run on push button start and gauges
would start up like normal but the car
would not start!!!! After calling
Chrysler and the dealership nothing
got answered. I like the car but
really?! Then when I finally got
started about ten mins later it idled
on 2 rpms. Then would drop from 2
to 1 then back and forth. Oh the air
came on the passenger side by itself
lol. My car went crazy ha. When it is
idling it shakes and makes a weird
sound some. Any other Dodge
Journey people had a problem?

Thanks! The dealer said they might not be able to give me a loaner they would have to call Chrysler and see. Which we had a few words to each other. It's still under warranty and everything. It's just frustrating. I hope I didn't get a lemon!

Chrysler and others are ahead of the time, do they even road test a product anymore? guess they rely on the Chewbacca defense if a problem arises. yikes! kinda scary to the budget ,
