Trunk won't open the fuse keep on popping

Note the diagram for trunk release. Does the fuse blow as soon as you plug it in or only after you hit the trunk release button? If the latter, could be problem with release motor or wiring circuit from relay to release motor. Just my opinion.

    The trunk keeps will not stay shut. Even opening the driver's door unlocks the trunk!!?? Water/moisture in switch? I WD-40...didn't address the issue.
