I would check the following neutral safety switch, ignition switch, starter relay and starter
dont forget the cable ends being clean and tight to the battery and starter and block. then look for 12v during crank attempt measured at the start enable wire, the starter "S". what are those results. Were the cables clean, tight, well connected to a battery with 12.6v at least? Then, what is the condition of any cable that runs to the power distribution center and its fuses and relays?
Check the starter the starter is good the connections are all good neutral safety switch all good security system on it is not the issue either where do we go

I changed my starter out, new ignition switch, new fuse relay, no luck.... looked in my fuse box ignition A fuse was blown... waisted few hundred bucks. I even bought the nutral saftey switch but I'm gonna be returning that today
