Question type: General

Can anyone help me with what this image is. I never
noticed it b4, and then I got a flat on the opposite and
was forced to drive for about a mile.the car runs fine, I'm
just worried

Can you not upload the image from the cell phone, instead of taking a picture of a picture?

Looking it over, I really don't see anything out of place,where in the pic is the part you want to identify?
