Back bumper paint problem

This morning I found some marks on my back bumper but don't know what they
are. can someone help me how to fix it and how it may appeared please?

I cannot tell from the photo. If these are scratches you may need to paint the bumper. Have a car detail guy look at it.

Looks like you got "tagged" by someone pulling into a parking space while you were away from the car. If you don't see any deformation of the bumper cover I would try to buff the section with some rubbing compound and then apply some wax or sealer on the area before you took it to a shop to fix.
