Heater failure on passenger side

Why am I only getting heat blowing on the drivers side when my heat is on?My
passenger side and back vent blows out ice cold air when the heat is on.

Failed actuators, pretty common. Probably started after the battery was disconnected and hooked back up for whatever reason.
