2014 hyundai sport ltd

I am looking at a Hyundai Santa fe sport ltd 2.4L 4 cyl vehicle to purchase
from a large dealer. It has 160000 km on it I assume highway miles and
comes with no warranty.  It is in amazing condition loaded but unsure how
durable Hyundai is with the 2.4L. If I look after all maintenance oil changes
etc.. is this a smart investment. Or should a Hyundai vehicle with such high
km be a bad investment with issues soon to come?  The sales agent did say
that the dealership would not jeopardize there reputation on it and its been
inspected with not one issue.. Please help
