Engine light on and engine hesitates to start

I have a 2014 avalon Xle 3.5L
The car after refuses to start everytime after a 50 miles
drive with engine light and VSC lights on. I went to Toyota
to check it. They said the wiring has no problem, but the
Mass air flow does. I replaced the MAF and the codes went
away for 3 days. Now the car is doing exact same thing it
was was doing. Any idea with what is going on?

I know you said not a wiring issue but this 103 code is a wiring issue. Check for 5V reference on this pigtail. Did you replace MAF with OEM?

Yes, I did replace the MAF with an OEM denso one at a Toyota dealership. And the engine light went away for 3 days and came back on, and it is worse now because it constantly hesitates to start and shut off while driving.

And yes, I will check for a 5V reference on the pigtail as you advised. Thank you for the information, I will get back to you for updates.
