Replaced battery and alternator

Why is my vehicle not starting after replacing
alternator and battery? Instrument panel indicates
battery light is on, abs, odometer and airbags are
on. Also, sometimes car w padlock light comes on.
Everytime I try to start it, it just clicks inside
junction box

Your vehicles anti-theft has kicked in, there should be plenty of answers on how to reset it if you google search it
