1999 GMC Suburban Passenger doors will not open
The passenger door locks will not release to allow the doors to open. Even when I
manually try to pull the lock latches up to unlock the door, they will not move. The
electronic key does not allow it to unlock either. Both rear passenger doors became
faulty at the same time. I tried opening the door panel; however, unable to do so
because I cannot get the panel off, need to have the door open to have access. I
checked the fuses, they are good. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
Check relays as well

I checked the relays under the hood, everything seems to be working there. I also disconnected the battery thinking perhaps an electrical current is preventing the manual opening of the door locks, that did not work. I am completely baffled. Any suggestions?
Did you ever figure it out I am having the exact same problem, only on one side though how to get door open lock wont release and cant get panel off with door shut.
