what can I do when dealer deliberately harms your car?

This back right flange was clearly deliberately bent back over the
adjustment cam. No scratches under the car, no embedded cement, this
metal flange is behind the other which should have gotten hit also. Clean
bends exactly over front and back cams. Thank you Mazda dealer service.
What can I do. Mazda USA is no help, it's not a lemon law because it's
deliberately done. Mazda dealer said they would fix it but instantly started
to screw me around and I didn't want them to destroy more. Other dealers
joined in on harming the car. By the time I was done what should have
been a $24,000 trade in was $18,000 due to all the damage the Mazda
dealers did to the car. Now my Mazda 3's struts are out and blows hot air
when on vent, outside is 60 degrees and it smells like exhaust in my car.
Never buy a Mazda!

Your car is still under warranty so take it to another dealer if you don't trust the one you have now.

Blow up the photo and the cam is lifted off metal flandg. When on a lift the two right wheels don't hang down. No scrapes under the car, the front metal should have been bent over also, no imbedded cement rock. Obviously bent over w ball hamer

Took it to two dealers and they all harmed my car and made me wait all day, 16 days off work and it got worse.more problems were caused.

Have a frame shop hammer out the flanges if the cam geometry is off-kilter, followed by a careful rear alignment. Note that ALL '06-'15 MX5 blow warmer-than-ambient air on vent. That's why we drop the tops!
