2015 Jeep

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

I bought this Jeep new, I’m the only
owner. My vehicle is making a
tapping noise. The Oil was changed
before the noise begin and changed
again afterwards. A local mechanic
said to put an additive in it? My
question is, is this motor related or
something else???? I went through a
little water during a heavy rain,
reported the situation to my
insurance company and the repair
shop said my car needs regular
maintenance, my car motor is fine,  I
don’t know what’s going on, please
give some feedback?

Did you check to see if they put the correct amount of oil in the engine?
