The black optic $1300 factory option is basically a wheel and tire package that is really more of a sport summer tire with larger rims than the standard sport package. If your worried about the ride quality a A6 with standard sport wheel option might be the way to go. I would dfrive both and see how much different they really are in person. about the only thing i think you will notice is you will feel more bumps in the road then you ussaly would due to ther ebeing less of a rubber cusion. Just be sure to stick with the same overal tire hieght and youl be fine. so if you have a 205,55,16 stay with a 205 sized tire
