air only blowing through defrost

2015 Taurus digital dash, all air only blows on defrost. checked the 2 actuators behind the glove box and 1 under drivers side, all are functioning correctly but still not floor heat. How many actuators are there? and where are they located? Which actuator is responsible to direct the air to the floor? thank you

Look for a problem with a vacuum hose. Some times the hose is on a vacuum reservoir, they usually look like a round black ball, often near the firewall. Tom

I have a 2015 Taurus with digital dash as well with the same issue was there a fix found for this?
Did anyone find what was wrong with Taurus , only blowing from defrost and feet? Mine is doing the same
I am having the same problem. Shop said worst case would be $950 best case would be $350. Said they would have to take the dash apart and that is why it was so expensive. Does this sound correct???
I am having same problem. 2015 Taurus. Defroster blows not floor or vents??
