Dual systems are always having problems like this, and most likely it is a blend door problem, it could be stuck, broken or the servo motor is inoperative. You will need a shop to pull the codes for the HVAC system then run diagnostics. So prepare yourself as this can get expensive really fast depending on how deep they have go to fox the problem.
