2005 TRANSMISSION PROBLEMS

Hello everyone, I need help I drove my 2005 328XI to the store had no
problems ,it ran fine . Got home, parked, went to bed, got up jumped in car and
it will not go into gear. What is that? how does that happen from just sitting
there? The shifter will shift through all the gears just never engage can
someo0ne please help. Thank you

Might be a low fluid level or shifter linkage. Is the transmission case leaking? Any drops on the ground where you park. Things do happen. Have it towed to your independent BMW garage for then to diagnose the problem.
