Will the XLT 60/40 seat fit where the XLS bench seat belongs?

I'm looking to buy a used Escape but I can only find XLS versions in my area.  I need to have the split seat option for my purpose.  I need to know if the 60 40 seat will work in the XLS and if so where I might purchase one?

it should fit,check your local salvage for one.
