slippery driveway uphill

Question type: General

We have had alot of rain and my drive way which is
dirt and uphill is slippery. Do I need to have the ESC   
on or off on my kia soul to get up the hill

Sometimes you have to spin the wheels a little and traction control can cause your car to stop moving in slippery conditions.
