I had some Ford-Lincolns that had to be driven over 1200 miles. there is no set mileage for the sensor, also constant highway miles will take longer when resetting, it is harder to get to temperature....

I have completed the drive cycle from ford about 4 times. I was thinking the computer was bad but it is reading ready on the misfire and the egr so that kind of tells me that it is working.

there are more systems to check than that, but the Escape had computer module issues, and that was common.....

could there be another issue that would make the car not ready. I am out of idea.

as a mechanic, "just keep driving it", not knowing if it is a factory cat. or aftermarket, and the sensors the same, eventually it will set., because it will either read good or bad, no answer means it simply isnt ready, as i stated, i had a few ford products that had to be driven over 1000 miles
