2015 Toyota Avalon power steering noise?

i'm getting small noise as i turn wheel in car, the power steering is still good, no
skipping or hardness. Any ideas? I did add about 1 cup to one and half cups of
power steering fluid 'Asian' type, didn't seem to do anything.
