Why do I have water in AC vent.

'16 ford expedition. Have water in the drivers side
air vent. You can see it sitting in it. And it is
dripping in floor board on driver side. No other
vents have this issue. Any ideas what this could
be.

Thanks I will look at that. We noticed it again after a heavy rain but not as bad. I'm leaning towards a clogged drain in the sunroof but cant figure out where and how it works honestly.
