07 Avalanche Trans issue

Changed trans fluid and filter on my 07 Avalanche
last night. Took for ride after and have an issue. It's
sluggish taking off like it's in 2nd gear and up
shifts once, when it's "high gear" it is taching higher
then normal like its only in 3rd. This morning went
out and it kicked a P0700 code.  Need help!

Correct filter, new pan gasket and the required Dexron VI. Fluid was checked with trans temp @ 140. Vehicle running at idle on flat level surface. Level on dipstick was perfect

Thanks for the advice. Issue is I was supposed to be leaving today for a road trip and finding a shop this morning that can repair will be tough
