I know it takes E85 but I was told you can put regular gas in it

A flex fuel vehicle can burn E85 as well as regular or premium gas or any combination of fuels.

Yes any of the gasoline fuel blends you can use E85 through 93 Premium no ethanol as long as your car is a flex fuel
