2016 Outback Drivers seat electric lumbar not working. When pressing the switch you can hear something running, but no movement on the lumbar, any ideas?

I'm sure its mechanical, I have removed part of the back of the seat, to look at the cable, but don't know how to access where the motor is for more troubleshooting.
