Ram 1500 want turn over

Help I have a 2016 ram 1500 sometimes when you
try to start nothing happens. All lights and chimes
and radio work but want turn over. Battery and
starter are good. My son has a 2017 it started
doing the same thing

My 2007 Ram 1500 is doing the same thing. Turn the key and nothing happens. All power is on though. I replaced alternator and battery and now it’s doig this..
