2013 Ram wont turn over

The battery might be weak, enough for the lights on the interior to light up but not enough cranking amps to start it. Test the battery with a multimeter it should read around 12.5V, anything around 12V or lower, it would be time to replace. You can also try getting a jump start.

Make sure the batt terminals are tight , if the head lights are nice and bright it may be the starter , see if power is getting to the solenoid wire when you hit the key once you get under there ,There may be a relay involved , You may need a memory saver when you disconnect the battery I would just to avoid any problems .
