2016 Subaru Forester ABS, Eyesight, dashlights

I thought I would like this car and I'm wrong. It has electronic problems and
after having the brakelight switch replaced 2000 miles ago, the ABS, VDC,
Hillstart and Eyesight all fail to work - dash looks like a Christmas tree - altho
it starts, shifts into drive and brakelights function when pedal is pressed.
The repair bulletin states a sticker is to be applied (re:WUE-90) with the
serial number of the replacement - the dealership appeared to NOT have
done this.
This is my third Subaru and probably my last - and it has only 31k miles on it.

I've been on the phone with the Subaru dealer and scheduled an appt. The service dept is poor - last visit they cracked the windshield and claimed it was that way when I brought it in. They refused to pay the deductible for its replacement but gave me a small discount on new tires (about 1/3 of the deduct.). I dread dealing with them again.
