2016 Dodge Caravan misfire 2

had engine light come on with a misfire on 2.  changed out the spark plugs and
wires.  moved the coil from 2 to 1 to make sure it wasn't the coil.  Engine light
came on again with a misfire on 2.  we are thinking that it could be the cam if
not that than the heads.  Any suggestions? Cost?

Run a compression test, check the injector, cheapest way to test injector would be swapping it to another cylinder and see if misfire changes cylinders too.
