2016 Jetta won't crank

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

New Battery
Key turns on and off
Engine will not turn over (if you go straight to starter it does turn over)
No ignition (hear fuel pump)
No turn sign.
No trunk rel.
No windows
Any ideas?

Call a VW dealer service department. Isn't it still under warranty since it is a 2016?
