Fob Lock/Unlock Works Fine, Cabin Door Panels Only Unlock
I recently purchased a used '16 Jetta Sport, had it inspected, was told everything looked great. The only problem I've encountered is that the door panel lock switches work only halfway, they unlock but won't lock the vehicle (the fob locks front and back, driver side/passenger side just fine).
Another issue is the fuel door won't lock when the vehicle is locked. I was told by a VW rep that the fuel door should lock when the vehicle is locked. Could there be a correlation between the two issues? I was wondering if this could be a wiring issue, or possibly a fuse going/gone bad? Thanks in advance for any input.
