2016 Camry won't start

My 2016 camry doesn't start it says check break system and check charging
system and when I try to crank engine it makes a whining sound any advice

Have a friend hit the key to track down the whining. Could be a bad pulley

Could even be a loose belt for that matter.....as for the braking system, that's something that I'd want to know what its doing once it's running
