Honda Accord lights, front wipers and a/c is blowing hot air

Honda Accord EX 2004~ 30,000 miles
My lights, front wipers and a/c is blowing hot air. Started checking fuses- mini and regular checked relay switch. All good, the only thing I can see is the compression Clutch the plate on the side is not spinningI  Any help is appreciated.  I think I am out of my league now,
guess it's time to take it in...

And it keeps on getting better! Rats have chewed wires and cables connecting to the harness, What a diaster,,,, Does anyone have any good ideas for keeping them off/out of my car? I do drive every other day.. It's going to be over $1200, good thing Honda makes this tape that rodents don't like, so things will be taped.. heard one idea Irish Spring soap bars everywhere and Simple green after for cleaning. What a mess! Ideas? Thanks Everyone
