Stuttering

It may just be bad gas, try some "Dry Gas" additive and top off tank.
Wow, in my some 49 years of driving...I have never had a bad tank of fuel. Is your check engine light illuminated?
No check engine light isn't illuminated
I noticed the dash lights dim out when this occurs as well , it's weird how all this just suddenly happened
Dash lights dimming can be from engine cutting off (even if very briefly), it might still be from bad gas (water can get into underground tanks). But it's just a guess at this point. Did any of this start after a recent fill up? You may also want to stop in at any auto parts store and have them test battery and alternator at least, make sure car is not losing electrical power due to a bad connection (it's free).
If the dash lights dim out it sounds like it is losing voltage from the battery. First thing to do would be check the battery cable connections and see that they are absolutely clean, free from corrosion and tight. This includes the connection at the starter and the ground connection to the engine. Then have the battery and charging system tested. Also make sure all fuses and relays are tight and have not wiggled loose.
Bob right Why don't you have the codes pulled ?? Could be a tranny or converter problem or an electrical problem !!
We seem to be having a similar issue with ours today. What did it end up being
