2016 Chevorlet Malibu Limited

Asked by kpoole300 Jun 21, 2016 at 08:37 PM about the 2016 Chevrolet Malibu 1LT FWD

Question type: General

I have a 2016 Chevrolet Malibu Limited (the 14 and 15 body style)  Has anyone heard of issues with leaving the car in gear and still being able to remove the key from the ignition?
I accidentally left the car in gear was able to take the key and lock it.  Car rolled and made slight contact with another vehicle.  I can't duplicate it now.  Has anyone else heard of this?
