My GM Service Shop Manual, Revised December 2016 says that both codes are generated by the same fuel system condition: Code P0132 is caused by an oxygen sensor circuit high voltage (Bank 1, Sensor 1). Code P2097 is a general OBD-II diagnostic trouble code that indicates a fault with the post catalyst fuel trim system being too rich in bank 1.
