Honda civic dies after gas driving

Have a 2001 jdm honda civic
with a d15b vtec trim eu1 vvt
automatic transmition... When I
drive fast for a while it will
suddenly die.. Or if I'm in stop go
traffic.. Was running 30psi fuel
pressure was told it was too low
got a new fuel pump now at
40psi but problem still exist..
Please help..?

tdc.. top dead center sensor was culprit.. i go my friends scan tool and waited till the car died after it did the code appeared.. went to dealer ordered a genuine replace and is currently waiting on it.
