when purchasing a vehicle from an individual who has vehicle financed.
how can i be assured i will get a title?
how can i be assured the title is not a salvage title?
how do i get a temporary plate to use vehicle until i get the title

Look at the vehicle registration to see what it says. You may want to ask your states DMV how they show title status or contact the sellers lender and ask them. The lender should be able to take care of all the DMV paperwork. Go to your states DMV website which will probably answer all your questions.
