it all depends on where you go...the belt is a cheap part but the labor to install it can be pricey. depending on the mechanic. they may drop the engine to gain better access to the belt. which in turn will help them replace the front engine mount. the inner tie rod is also more involved to replace compared to an outter tie rod end. regardless you will need an alignment afterwards. shop around to find a good price.
