Ford Taurus 2001 lx running lean

It's pulling three codes p1151, both downstream o2
senser are saying heater circuit malfunction. I can't
remember the codes on top of my head.

I've replaced the all sensers
I've checked the intake for vacuum leaks nothing.
I need some help finding the problem. Before
smog.

Try checking fuel pressure (pump, filter, regulator, injectors), double check for vacuum leaks, and check the EGR if it's sticking or stuck open. Then check exhaust for leaks.
