2001 ford Taurus

Okay so i have a 2001 ford Taurus for some reason
something maybe up with the power sterring. For
example when i drive my car can turn easy going
left but when i go right its severly hard like i hotta
use all the muscle i can to make it turn an its
scarying me. Would anybody possibly know why
this is happening?
