HAve trouble turning right I replace power steering pump but didn't help it's a 2006 150 Chevrolet silverado

May want to let a shop look at it and diagnose what part of the steering is failing. May be a problem with the rack itself. Paying a shop to change out a rack is expensive, about $1,500, may want to test yours and if it's bad look into a salvage one.
