99 Honda Accord EX Sedan V6 3.0 liter. How many fuel filters and where are
they located?

Technically there is only one. It is part of the fuel pump module inside the fuel tank. Honda claims it is replaceable if you pull the fuel pump module out.

Only one, called a strainer and available from autozone. The pump assembly can be accessed thru the trunk or from the back seat if it folds down.
